Maximizer CRM has several great features to offer its users: contact management abilities, sales and marketing tools and mobile capabilities. We found this contact management software to be an excellent CRM solution because of the aforementioned abilities but didn’t rank it in the top three because there are other CRM solutions with more tools and options. The design is easy to use and will look very familiar, which may add to its ease of use.
This contact management software is a versatile option. It can be accessed through your desktop or mobile phone. The mobile CRM solution offers users access to their CRM software anytime, anywhere via a mobile smartphone. Soon all CRM software will be required to have this feature, but there are few who actually offer the service today. The contact management software can integrate with your email account and calendar so that you have access to your vital information stored in one convenient place.
Each time you enter a contact into your CRM software you have the ability to store additional information with their profile. This makes it possible for you to access the most current numbers from their company or news regarding changes and updates. You can pull up all activity that has taken place with a single contact quickly and easily through the CRM solution. We were very pleased with the options and the design that Maximizer CRM provided in regards to storing contact information. They have truly made contact information more accessible and efficient with everything being in one place and accessible from anywhere.
There are several different tools that are built specifically for the sales and marketing departments of your company. Users can access opportunities, quotes, campaigns, customer service and other great features created for business use. Through utilizing these tools you will get a comprehensive and complete view of each of your contacts and their sales status. You can view all of their information in one convenient place and sort these opportunities by company, status, stage, revenue or closing date.
Your entire list of contacts or opportunities can be exported to Microsoft Excel, which is very convenient when preparing for a meeting or sharing the list with others in a format that is easy to email. Each area of the contact’s profile is easy to change so the status can go from in progress to won, lost or abandoned. In addition to viewing the opportunity details you can also view all of the contacts attached to a particular opportunity to ensure that you are contacting all of the correct and necessary people.
Maximizer CRM software provided a very effective navigation system that made the application very easy to use. The application itself is built similar to Microsoft Office 2010. The contact management software is controlled from the upper-left corner of the application and the main menu is directly beneath it running horizontally across the screen. A tool bar is located directly beneath the menu, also running horizontally across the screen and offering access to tools like exporting to Microsoft Excel, synchronizing with Microsoft Office, accessing an editor, graphs, the phone and others.
Going down the left side of the page is a menu offering many of the CRM solution features: address book, opportunities, quotes, campaigns, customer service, knowledgebase, hotlist, calendar, email and the company library. We appreciated the setup of the CRM solution because everything was so clearly labeled. We never had to wonder what we were clicking on and if it would perform the function we were in need of.
We didn’t feel like we received adequate attention from Maximizer CRM. There is a toll-free phone number available to contact customer service and support from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. PST or to contact Customer support from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. PST. They have an email address for general inquiries or for customer service. They seemed to have a lot of options, but we didn’t find them to be the most efficient way to get an answer.
Overall we were very pleased with the quality and content that Maximizer CRM provided. Although we were frustrated with the help and support that the company offers, we believe that they have created an excellent contact management software choice. Users will be able to find the tools and features they are in need of and the simple navigation that will help them use those tools.
